We cannot guarantee delivery dates/times. If you need your order to arrive by a specific day, please contact us at before placing your order.

If you are going on vacation, we can arrange shipment to your destination address.

Please note that we normally ship orders 1-2 days of being placed during business hours, but during sales, orders may be delayed up to a week or more due to a high volume of orders.

Although exceptionally rare, we cannot be held responsible for packages that go missing after confirmed delivery.

If your package has gone missing after confirmed delivery, you must contact the mail service provider within 24 hours so that they can locate your package. If USPS delivered your package, fill out USPS Missing Mail Search Request.

Oftentimes "missing" packages were received by a family member, roommate, or neighbor. Additionally, "missing" packages may get delivered to a back gate or driveway or to a conspicuous area around your home.

If you packaged was stolen, contact your police department to submit a police report. Customers who have issues with "porch pirates" must have future orders delivered to a secure address or P.O. Box.

If product arrives damaged in the mail, please email a picture of the damaged package and product to within 24 hours of receiving it.

If product is missing from your order, please email within 24 hours of receiving your package.

If you have received an incorrect item (an item different than indicated in your order confirmation email), please email a picture of the incorrect item and your order number to within 24 hours of receipt. A shipping label will be provided so you can return the incorrect product back to us, and the correct one will be sent to you. The product must be unused.

All unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of the ship date, with no exceptions.

Refunds will be to the original form of payment minus a 10% restocking fee and return shipping fees.

Alternatively, Marissa's Skin Restoring Routine is designed for all skin types as a skin reset for beautiful and flawless skin.

On occasion, you may find that product will not dispense from our airless containers.

If this issue occurs, please follow these steps to start dispensing product:

Step 1: With cap on, turn bottle upside down and gently tap on your counter 10x
Step 2: Pump 10x
Step 3: Repeat this process up to 5x until product dispenses.

We do not offer any products with Catagory C ingredients like Benzoyl Peroxide, Salicylic Acid, Hydroquinoine, as well as Retinol.

All of our products are considered safe for pregnancy and breastfeedling except for Vitamin A Pro as it contains Retinyl Propionate, which is considered catagory C.
