If you're unable to log in or have forgotten your password, please reset it by following these steps:

  1. From the main menu, select Account
  2. Click on Login
  3. Select Forgot Password to reset your credentials.

To view and manage your Subscribe & Save items:

  1. From the main menu, select Account
  2. Click on Manage Subscribe & Save
  3. After logging into your account, you'll be able to view your subscriptions and billing information and make any necessary updates or cancellations.

To view and redeem your Gritty Beauty Rewards:

  1. Click on the mint green launcher in the bottom left corner of our website
  2. Select Join Now and register using the email address linked to your last order on grittybeauty.com
  3. Once logged in, you can use your points to create $5, $10, or $15 coupon codes for your next purchase.

Some reward codes may not deactivate automatically after use, which could cause them not to work. If this happens, please reach out to us at hi@grittybeauty.com, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

Please note: Reward codes cannot be combined with Subscribe & Save, Gritty Beauty Rewards, or referral codes.

Gritty Beauty Rewards are not applicable to Subscribe & Save items. Rewards can only be used on non-Subscribe & Save products.

Orders

While we strive to ship all orders promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. If you need your order by a particular day, please contact us at hi@grittybeauty.com before placing your order.

For vacation plans or destination deliveries, we can accommodate shipping to an alternate address. Please note that while we generally ship orders within 24 hours, during sales or high-demand periods, processing may take up to a week or more.

If you've placed an order and would like to cancel or add products, please contact us at hi@grittybeauty.com as soon as possible.

Please note: All canceled orders will be refunded to the original form of payment minus a 10% cancellation fee. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled. 

If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier within 24 hours to help locate your package. If USPS delivered your item, please file a USPS Missing Mail Search Request.

If your item arrives damaged, please email a photo of the damaged product and packaging to hi@grittybeauty.com within 24 hours of receipt.

Please note:

  • Without GB Package Protection, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipment.
  • Your USPS package comes with up to $100 in shipping insurance, so please file a claim with USPS if necessary (within 15 to 60 days of delivery).

If any items are missing from your order, please contact us at hi@grittybeauty.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.

If you received an incorrect product (one that differs from your order confirmation), please email us a picture of the incorrect item and your order number to hi@grittybeauty.com within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll send you a return shipping label and arrange for the correct item to be sent. Please ensure the product is unused.

All unused, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of the ship date, with no exceptions.

We offer refunds in the form of:

  • Store credit minus return shipping postage OR
  • Original form of payment minus 10% restocking cost and return shipping postage

Please do not ship your return until your return request has been approved. Any returns mailed without prior approval will not be processed. Once items are inspected, your store credit or refund notification will be emailed to you within 3-4 business days.

Please note:

  • We do not offer exchanges or refunds for products in 5ml and 15ml sizes.
  • No returns are accepted on Clareblend MINI, Illuminate LED, or limited-edition items.
  • If items are returned in unsellable condition, we will not issue a refund.

Products

We recommend having a Complimentary Skin Assessment done with Marissa prior to purchasing products to ensure you are using products targeted to your specific skin needs for best results. You can request an assessment in the Gritty Beauty Skin Group!

Alternatively, Marissa's Skin Restoring Routine is designed for all skin types as a skin reset for beautiful and flawless skin.

If you find that the product is not dispensing from our airless containers, please try the following steps:

  1. With the cap on, turn the bottle upside down and gently tap it on your counter 10 times.
  2. Pump the bottle 10 times.
  3. Repeat this process up to 5 times until the product dispenses.

We do not offer any products with category C ingredients like Benzoyl Peroxide, Salicylic Acid, Hydroquinone, as well as Retinol.

All of our products are considered safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding except for Vitamin A Pro, as it contains Retinyl Propionate, which is considered category C.

No, none of our brands conduct animal testing.
